AUGUST ’23 REFERRAL PROGRAM BONUS – Entry and Promotion Period: August 1 – December 31, 2023; Referral Bonus – $500 for 5 New Referrals
Offer available only to Residents of California, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico (the “Valid Offer States”). Referring clients shall only refer clients who are residents of the Valid Offer States. This promotion is not valid with any other offers and is non-transferrable.
In addition to complying with the General Referral Program Terms and Conditions set forth below (the “Referral Program”), you might qualify to earn $500 (the “Bonus of $500”) if you (the Referring Client) refer 5 friends (the “5 Potential New Clients”). To earn the Bonus of $500, each and all of the 5 Potential New Clients must sign up on or after August 1, 2023 and have a Qualifying New Account in good standing and make an initial deposit by December 31, 2023 (the “Initial Deposit”) and not withdraw the Initial Deposit for 90 days (the Minimum Time).
The bonus of $500 is earned when you receive an additional $450 bonus to the $50 of bonus for the 5 Potential New Clients who become new clients and are residents of one of the Valid Offer States, as specified herein (the “New Clients”). The bonuses of $500 would be paid out 95 days after the Initial Deposit. The New Clients who close their account before the Minimum Time will not qualify for the “Bonus of $500”. The $500 referral bonus is a limited time offer.
Only the Referring Clients that have an approved account by the time of inviting the 5 Potential New Clients, under the terms of the Finhabits Advisory Agreement (the “Approved Account”), are allowed to participate in the Referral Program. You won’t be eligible to receive the “Bonus of $500” if you don’t have the Approved Account. If the requirements contained herein are met, the eligible Referring Clients will receive a $500 credit in their Approved Account with the amounts and types of shares that correspond to the Referring Client’s existing investment portfolio.
