This is such a real point. Most people don’t quit suddenly–they disengage slowly when they stop feeling heard or clear about their role. Catching those early signals and having honest conversations can save a lot of damage later.

Spot on, Dayana. The resignation letter is rarely a surprise event; it’s usually just the final step of a long journey. The ‘silent phase’ is often the loudest warning sign. Do you have a specific ‘early signal’ you tend to notice first?
